Machine Overview
|
Initial component of a
complete turnkey cell for assembly and checking of
features on automotive trunk hinge bracket with high
volume productions rates. Cycle time 30
seconds per pair of parts. |
Process Description
|
Operator loads straight
precut lengths of square tubing into entrance
magazine. Automatic transfer line moves parts
through various stations to bend and punch holes in
tubing. LH and RH parts are manually loaded from
exit of transfer line into final stations to
complete assembly. |
