This equipment is designed as a notching machine for unsupported extrusion (no metal carrier) and cutting to length.

Machine Overview
Notching equipment for unsupported glass run extrusion (no metal carrier).  Cuts precision notches in extrusion in preparation for molding corners.
Runs both LH and RH parts at same time.  Has both A load and B load and runs pair of parts every 15 seconds.
   Process Description

Operator loads both left hand and right hand parts into first notch die then touches palm button to cycle machine.
Operator moves parts from first die to second die and loads new parts into first die.
Touches palm buttons to cycle machine for completed parts now every cycle coming out of 2nd die set.
